Users can request deletion of their account and associated data. To make a request, contact support@srtide.com.
Children’s Safety
Apex is intended for people aged [Minimum Age] or older, or the higher minimum age required where they live. These standards apply to content and activity handled through the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Apex has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation and child sexual abuse material. This includes real, synthetic, edited, illustrated, animated, or AI-generated material involving anyone under 18.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Sexualized depictions of minors.
- Grooming, solicitation, coercion, or trafficking of children.
- Seeking, distributing, or concealing prohibited material, including attempts to do so.
- Threatening, exploiting, identifying, or endangering children.
- Evading child-safety controls.
To report a concern, email support@srtide.com with the subject “Apex Child Safety Report.” Include only the details needed to locate the content or account. Do not download, copy, or forward suspected illegal material in order to report it. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal, restricted access, or account termination, consistent with applicable law. We may preserve information, report concerns, or cooperate with authorities where required by law.
A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information can contact support@srtide.com to request review and deletion.
